The Indian American Friendship Council represents the interests of Indian American community. Founded in 1990, the council works for promotion of cordial Indo-US dialogue and educating the policy making body of the United States.This apart, the friendship council aims at supporting pro-Indiancongressional representatives, politicians and members Indian Caucus.
The council works in tandem with the Indian Americans community on various issues such as US foreign policy towards India, support developing countries and promote democracy. The council has been successfully organizing social events s, conferences, symposiums and Dialogue in the interest of Indian American for the past one decade.
